1. PRIVACY
DZEGUZE highly values your privacy and trust; therefore we have done everything to keep your private information absolutely safe with us. We have provided the highest security level for our cooperation, so that you can purchase DZEGUZE products whenever and however it suits you best without any worries.
DZEGUZE protects the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, especially respect for privacy, in relation to the processing of personal data of natural persons according to Directive No. 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Councilon the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and of the free movement of such data and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Natural Persons of the Republic of Latvia.
2. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
DZEGUZE obtains personal data of the customer as this is necessary to deliver purchased goods and provide the customer with the best service level.
In order to process your request, we require the consumer to provide the following information: customer's name, email address, phone number, contact language, native city. DZEGUZE does not request and does not process sensitive personal data.
The information provided by the consumer helps us provide our services, process consumer requests, deliver goods and provide you with support.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
If the customer who has ordered and bought the product online does not have legal capacity and/or legal capacity to act, the lawful representative of this person (e.g., parents, guardians) shall be responsible for the ordering and the payment for the product. In this event, the order shall not be cancelled and the payment effected shall not be returned.
The consumer agrees that his/her personal data will be subject to processing.
3. DISCLOSURE
DZEGUZE never uses and shares the information obtained from you online. DZEGUZE does not sell and lease consumer contact information to other market participants.
DZEGUZE is under obligation to disclose personal data to state and municipal officials in cases provided for by law. We will be forced to disclose personal data of the consumer in cases where the law so requires or if you violate our Terms of Service
4. SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
6. SECURITY
DZEGUZE takes all possible measures to ensure the safety of your personal information and to protect it against theft, loss, malicious use as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, modification and damage thereof.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
DZEGUZE has the right to edit and update this policy s at any time posting these changes on the Site and indicating any such change by posting a date of the latest update. Any changes applied to PRIVACY POLICY are effective immediately as they are posted.
